| dc.description.abstract | The purposes of the study were to the environmental conditions and the environmental management approaches of Wat Intharam School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok Area 1. The study focused on 6 aspects: physical environment, instructional environment, student service environment, educational management environment, student activity environment, and peer social environment. The population consisted of 60 teachers at Wat Intharam School. The research instruments included a 5 - level rating scale questionnaire with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of .95, as well as a semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results revealed that the overall environmental management of Wat Intharam School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Bangkok Area 1, across the 6 aspects, was at a high level. When considered by aspect, the physical environment had the highest mean, followed by the instructional environment, while the educational management environment had the lowest mean. Regarding environmental management approaches, it was found that school administrators provided opportunities for teachers and personnel to participate in maintaining and reporting issues related to school facilities. The school implemented systematic maintenance with clearly defined maintenance plans. Learning outcomes were assessed based on authentic assessment, emphasizing student competencies and learning outcomes. In addition, the school developed internal learning resources to support student learning, continuously supervised and monitored instructional management, and promoted learning activities that emphasized hands-on practice. Diverse learning activities were organized, and a clear student support system was established within the school. Students’ behavior was continuously monitored, and counseling was provided on an ongoing basis. | en_US |
