dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to: 1) study the level of transformational leadership of junior administrators 2) study the level of work according to the performance standards of teachers and 3) analyze the transformational leadership of primary administrators that affects teachers' work according to performance standards. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group is government teachers in educational institutions. Under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Educational Service Area Office, there are 327 people. Using a stratified proportional sampling method separated by school size. The research instrument was a questionnaire created was analyzed by finding values. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression. The research results found that 1. Overall and in specific aspects, the transformational leadership of first-level was at a hight level. The aspects were Inspiration motivation, having a vision, Individual consideration, Intellectual stimalation, Rolemodel, respectively. 2. Overall and in specific aspects, the according to teachers' performance standards was at a high level. The aspects were Relationships with parents and community, performing teacher duties, learning management, respectively. 3. Transformational leadership of first-line service providers includes: Intellectual stimalation and Individual consideration It is a factor that affects teachers' work according to performance standards. Together they predicted 28.2 percent, with statistical significance at the .01. The regression was Ŷtot = 2.86 + 0.20 (X4 ) + 0.17 (X5 )en_US
