In the digital era characterized by technological advancement, educational disparities have become increasingly pronounced, particularly in schools located in remote areas. As a result, school administrators play a crucial role in managing educational institutions to mitigate these disparities. Research literature suggests that digital-era educational leaders should possess three key components: 1) digital communication skills, 2) digital vision, and 3) digital literacy. Furthermore, there are five strategies identified to address educational disparities in such schools: 1) aligning curriculum structures with the context of the school, 2) establishing branch classrooms in remote communities, 3) utilizing information technology media in teaching and management, 4) fostering collaborative networks for educational development, and 5) enhancing the welfare and compensation of personnel. Additionally, four primary strategies are proposed: 1) creating educational opportunities, 2) improving educational quality to enhance quality of life in line with sustainable economic principles, 3) enhancing personnel management systems, and 4) accelerating the efficiency of management systems using localized contexts. These guidelines are crucial for optimizing school management effectiveness and mitigating educational disparities in remote areas.en_US
