Abstract: This research aimed to 1) study the teaching practices in educational institutions 4 and 2) study the conditions and problems of teaching practices in educational institutions, specifically at the Faculty of Education, National Sports University, Samut Sakhon Campus. The target group included 39 administrators, 39 mentor teachers, 13 supervising instructors, totaling 91 individuals, and 46 student teachers in educational institutions 4. The instruments used were questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale, with content validity scores (IOC) ranging from 0.80 to 1.00, and reliability measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α-Coefficient) , which was 0.70. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) the overall teaching practices in educational institutions 4 of student teachers were rated as good in all aspects. The highest average was found in the aspect of teacher duties and professional ethics (µ = 4.46, σ = 0.67), followed by management (µ = 4.27, σ = 0.60), teaching management (µ = 4.21, σ = 0.71), and relationships with parents and the community (µ = 4.15, σ = 0.79), respectively. 2) The overall condition of the teaching practices in educational institutions 4 from the mentor teachers' perspective was rated as good (µ = 4.07, σ = 0.76), from the supervising instructors' perspective was rated as moderate (µ = 3.45, σ = 1.00), and from the student teachers' perspective was rated as good (µ = 3.71, σ = 0.96). The overall problems in the practicum from the mentor teachers' perspective were rated as low (µ = 2.08, σ = 0.59), from the supervising instructors' perspective were rated as moderate (µ = 3.24, σ = 0.17), and from the student teachers' perspective were rated as moderate (µ = 2.75, σ = 0.22).
