Event management model. and creative design of Dragon Go Gold Company Limited, conducting qualitative research. The sample group consisted of 3 people. The instrument was an interview. The results of the research found that 1 ) The event management process of Dragon Go Gold Company Limited includes 1. Event planning 2. Team organization 3. Good communication between the team and those involved. others and customers and supporters. 4 . Budget management must be controlled to be as planned. 5 . Monitoring and evaluating results. After the event is finished 6 . Performance review. 2) Creative design of Dragon Go Gold Company Limited consists of 1. Design to be unique and special. Unusual use of colors Bringing in new technology or providing a unique experience. 2. Solving existing problems in industry or community. By considering emerging problems and designing unprecedented solutions to solve them. 3. Creating new and memorable experiences. By design to have fun.
