Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) to study the influence of Management factors Network side and entrepreneurship that affects the success of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the lower central region. 2) To study ways to promote the success of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the lower central region. small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the lower central region Using a combination of research methods. An example of quantitative research is entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the lower area, there were a total of 381 people, using quota sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire created by the researcher. Statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Analysis of correlation coefficient using Pearson's formula. Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Qualitative research collected data by interviewing 3 executives using purposive selection. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The research results found that Sample group with Age Education level Period of business Experience in doing Business, establishment type and characteristics of the establishment It has an influence on the success of entrepreneurs. Statistically significant at the .05 level. Factors affecting the operational success of medium-sized enterprise operators and small scale in the lower central region as a whole, by in-depth look at each aspect of the variables that positively affect success and are significantly related, including goals (b=0.18), Efficiency (b=0.12), opportunity perception (b=0.09), stability (b=0.09), legitimacy (b=0.09), respectively. The equation can be written as follows. The equation has a predictive power of 26 percent and write the equation as follows Ytot = 1.78 + 0.18*x14 + 0.12x8 + 0.09*x12+ 0.09*x9+ 0.09*x10 with statistical significance at the .05 level, respectively.
