dc.description.abstract | The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of the new approach to public sector management in the New Normal era, affecting the operational efficiency of the provincial administration organization in Kanchanaburi. The objectives are:1) To study the comparative effectiveness of the provincial administration organization in Kanchanaburi concerning individual factors 2 ) To examine the influence of the new approach to public sector management in the New Normal era on effectiveness. The researchers collected data from 400 employees of the Kanchanaburi provincial administration organization using a convenient sampling method. Questionnaires served as the primary research tools. Passed the content validity test. The reliability values obtained from three experts and a non-sample group of thirty participants ranged between 0.77 and 0.86. They utilized content validity testing tools provided by three qualified individuals to ensure the accuracy of the content analysis. The statistical used for data analysis included percentages, mean, standard deviations, Independent t- test, One-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. Hypothesis testing results regarding the new approach to public sector management in the New Normal era's impact on the operational efficiency of the provincial administration organization in Kanchanaburi found no statistically significant differences in overall or specific aspects. 2 . the influence of the new approach to public sector management in the New Normal era on effectivenessof the provincial administration organization in Kanchanaburi includes performance evaluation (b=0.17), participatory management (b=0.16), technology utilization for management (b=0.26), and strategic planning (b=0.21), with a forecasting power of 78.60 percent.
