dc.description.abstract | This research aims to: 1) study the satisfaction with the services of Nakhon Pathom Hospital, and 2) improve the quality of services of the Medical Records Department at Nakhon Pathom Hospital. The sample used in this study consisted of 400 individuals who used the services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital, selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5- point Likert scale, which had a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.95. The statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, T-test for independent samples to compare differences between males and females, one-way analysis of variance ( ANOVA) , and post hoc pairwise comparison using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method. The research findings can be summarized as follows: The overall satisfaction with the services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital was found to be at a high level (mean = 4.05) . When considering individual aspects, each was also at a high level as follows: convenience (mean = 4.32) , facilities (mean = 4.09) , physical characteristics (mean = 4.27) , service staff (mean = 4.01) , quality of received services (mean = 4.02) , and satisfaction with the services at Nakhon Pathom Hospital varied according to gender, age, occupation, education level, and type of services used. | en_US |
