dc.description.abstractThis research aims to (1) compare the perception of organizational support among employees of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran branch when classified by personal factors, and (2) study the influence of transformational leadership on the perception of organizational support among employees of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran branch. The population used in this study consists of 82 employees from the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran branch. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1.The perception of organizational support among employees of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran branch, when classified by personal factors, showed no statistically significant difference. 2. The comparison of factors of transformational leadership influencing employees of the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Social Security Office and the Sam Phran branch includes ideological influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, with a predictive power of 77.28%.
