Abstract: The objectives of this research are: 1. to study the qualifications of current public relations that are required by government organizations. 2. to study the factors that explain the decision to recruit public relations officers to work in government organizations. The sample group was 67 public organizations in Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province. The sampling was collected by purposive questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a computer program. to find the percentage Mean and Standard Deviation The results showed that Must have qualifications, including good personality qualities At the highest level, there was an average of 4.52, followed by responsibility. at the highest level with an average of 4.51, followed by knowledge and skills in media relations and community relations at a high level with an average of 4.45 And will decide to recruit people to work by looking at having a good attitude towards the organization and profession. At the highest level, an average of 5.00 was not a person who had a lawsuit with him. at the highest level with an average of 4.68 and having good human relations at a high level with an average of 4.48
