dc.description.abstractThe Compensation for damages can be claimed from rape offenses under Sections 276 and Section 277 of the Criminal Code. The burden of proof lies with an injured person or plaintiff and requires the plaintiff to demonstrate that a claim is valid based on facts and evidence presented. But these damages including physical damages, mental damages or non - pecuniary loss are hard to value and prove. Consequently, the court sentenced the compensation for injured person in a small amount. Therefore, the compensation should be set on appropriately, exactly and obviously amount by considering of verdict and international remedy procedure for remedy, eradication the burden of proof and consignment the justice to the injured person.en_US
