dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinions towards organizational management, job satisfaction, and job efficiency, 2) to compare job efficiency categorized by experience, 3) to study the factors affecting job efficiency, and 4) to propose development approaches of job efficiency. For step 1, to achieve the research objective 1 – 3, data were collected by using a questionnaire from police officers of the non-commissioned class, police officers under the Provincial Police Region 6 who attended the training course for police officers, police officers, police swords, aged 53 years and over (N=226). Likewise, for step 2, an interview form with knowledgeable supervisors or experience in developing the job efficiency of police officers and having experience as a supervisor for at least 10 years was provided (N=7). The tools utilized in the research were tested for the quality of the tools. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Oneway ANOVA, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were utilized to analyze the data. The results showed that the overall level of organizational management practice was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects performed at a moderate level. Excepting the strategic aspect, there was a high level of practice. For job satisfaction, overall and in each aspect were at a moderate level. The overall of the individual job efficiency was at a high level. When comparing the job efficiency classified by experience as being police officers, it was found that there was no difference. However, factors that could predict job efficiency were: communication in the organization and shared values which could be revealed by 57.40%. For development approaches of key efficiency variables were effective communication and shared value creation, in which the organization’s policies and activities must be established to lead to an augmentation of the organization competitiveness and to empower confidence for the people simultaneously.en_US
