The Development of Electronic Book for Entrepreneurs in the Hydroponic Vegetable Business

Abstract

The objectives of this research were; 1) Develop an electronic book for entrepreneurs in the hydroponic vegetable business, 2) Study on user satisfaction of electronic book for entrepreneurs in the hydroponic vegetable business. The samples used in this research were farmers who produce hydroponics vegetables for business, and generally interested people in Muang District, Nakhon Pathom Province, which were selected by convenience sampling as 400 people. The research tools were interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the suitability of electronic book for entrepreneurs in the hydroponic vegetable business, was examined by experts in the field of hydroponics vegetables in aspects; technology and communication, and in curriculum and teaching, the number of 2 people on each side. Regard to the suitability of the components in each unit of an electronic book for entrepreneurs in the hydroponic vegetable business with the index of item objective congruence (IOC). The overall satisfaction level of electronic book for entrepreneurs in the hydroponic vegetable business was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects had the highest level of satisfaction, in descending order of mean as follows; design and development, illustrations, language, aspect of utilization and content, respectively.
