dc.description.abstractThis research aims to study the relationship of stock prices and dividends in cash flows and to investigate the types of cash flow that might be used to describe the stock prices and dividends. Regarded to the sample group, they are companies in stock Exchange of Thailand in set 100 . To data correction process, it was in quarter 1 -4 in 2 0 2 0 for 4 0 0 sets. The findings indicate that there were correlations between stock prices and dividends with cash flows. However, they were differently correlated. In aspects of stock prices, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarter, were associated with investing activities. The regression coefficients (Beta) were higher than operating and financing as in 0.231, 0.380, and 0.399 respectively. It was also found that the stock prices had a relationship with financing activities only in the 4th quarter. That is to say, the regression coefficients (Beta) were at 0.178, which were higher than operating and investing. In terms of dividends, the 1st, 2nd, and 4th quarter had a relationship with cash flows from financing. The regression coefficients (Beta) were higher than operating and investing activities as in – 0.145, - 0.309 and – 0.084 respectively. Nevertheless, only the 3rd quarter of dividends was related with investing activities as shown by the number of – 0.241, which was higher than operating and financing activities.en_US
