The Development of Computer Assisted Instruction on Working Principles of Computer Systems Technology in Computing Science for Grade 8 Students at Tharuapittayakhom School

Abstract

The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to develop computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology in computing science for Grade 8 Students at Tharuapittayakhom School, 2) to study the results from the quality evaluation of the developed computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology. The sample group used in this research were 3 content and production techniques experts. using a specific selection method. The research tools were as follows: 1) the computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology, 2) content quality assessment forms, and 3) technical quality assessment for computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technique. The statistics used in this research were mean and standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology consisted of 3 chapters, 2) the study of the assessed computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology indicated that the overall content quality was at the highest level (x = 4.80, S.D. = 0.41 ) and the overall technical quality of the computer-assisted instruction on working principles of computer systems technology was at the highest level (x = 4.7 7, S.D. = 0.43).
