Abstract

This study aimed to 1) to create an application promoting health care, eating, rest, and mental health care; health care The population used in the study was those who worked at the Nakhon Pathom Highway District Office. Sanam Chan Subdistrict The number of 31 patients in Muang district, Nakhon Pathom province were obtained by using the Yamane formula sample of 31 patients. calculating calories in the body Self-care information is divided into diet, exercise, rest, mental health care. for the data to be used in the preparation of research and create a health care promotion application quality assessment form for professionals. and the satisfaction assessment form for the use of health care promotion applications. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentages, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that The overall quality of the assessment of health care promotion applications for specialists by three experts was of good quality. ( X = 3.58, S.D. = 0.26) and satisfaction assessment form Overall, the quality is at a high level. (X = 3.52, S.D. = 0.68) Users of the application can get accurate information in the analysis of health care and useful in the matter of daily health care.
