Characteristics and roles of Leaders for Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Center in Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the characteristics and roles of leaders for the Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Center Bang Len District Nakhon Pathom Province. Qualitative research methods consisting of document analysis from various sources, in-depth interviews using semi-structured interview forms, participatory observation, and the key informants, leaders, member, and government personnel involved. the research found that The attributes of the leaders for the Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Center were personality and knowledge skills and role of the leader were role in the work process and motivation.
