Details of the summary article are as follows Collaborative Approach is the approach that supervisor and interns have to carefully consider and give an opinion to solve a problem and find operation together. As well as joint decisions or find mutual agreements to lead to problem solving and operational guidelines. The supervisory process need to include The Six Thinking Hats. The application of The Six Thinking Hats Technique and Collaborative Approach in supervision process professional experience training of interns can help supervisor and interns consider about issues and find effective solutions together.en_US
