dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to investigate the scenario of human resource management in Christian department of schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand by using Ethnographic Future Research method. The six key informants were experts in human resource administration of schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand by purposive selection technique. The ethnographic research interview technique. The findings indicated that 1. The Optimistic - realistic Scenarios of human resource management in Christian department of schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand were as follows: Human resource planning, recruitment and selection of Christian department accordance with the methods of each school. There should be the specific rules and specific procedures for performance evaluation and assess to improve the quality of Christian Department. The schools should support life. Support the development of knowledge and self-improvement besides development of Theology. Moreover, the schools should encourage the personnel development in other areas that are appropriate or upscaled. Human resource maintenance is to give them an encouragement, motivation, general welfare, and taking care of personnel in their life and their spirit. 2. The Pessimistic - - realistic Scenarios of human resource management in Christian department of schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand were as follows: In each school may have different limitations in the recruitment planning. Human resource development in the schools that have a lot of elderly teachers who do not like development or do not want to change anything may block the development of new knowledge and abilities. The Factors affecting human resource maintenance for Christian department must be stronger than normal. 3. The Most - - probable Scenarios of human resource management in Christian Department of schools under the foundation of the Church of Christ in Thailand were as follows: In schools that still rely on the local church or the Theology college for planning to recruit Christian personnel as needed. Evaluation of Christian Department personnel peformance, which is a specific position to consider. There should be many qualifications and capabilities apart from general personnel. Christian departme nent personnel should have the opportunity to improve their knowledge besides from knowledge of Theology. Aside from general welfare, taking care of their spiritual is also important if wanting to take care of talented personnel who are important for Christian ministry in schools. | en_US |
