Performance incentives for food delivery staff in Muang District, Pattani Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study the motivation of food delivery workers in Muang District. Pattani province is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) The sample group studied was food delivery workers in Muang District. Pattani Province, 154 people, data was collected by online percentage, standard deviation. Inferential analysis is an analysis of multiple regression equations. The results of the research revealed that the majority of respondents had opinions about the motivation of delivery workers in Muang District. Pattani Province was the province with the highest operational acceptance (􀝔􀒧 = 4.33 and S.D. = 0.51) followed by operational safety factor (􀝔􀒧 = 4.28 and S.D. = 0.47) (􀝔􀒧 = 4.24 and S.D. = 0.48) Compensation and benefit factor (􀝔􀒧 = 4.23 and S.D. = 0.55), environmental factors (􀝔􀒧 = 4.13 and S.D. = 0.48), respectively, of all independent variables. Which motivates the performance of the food delivery staff in the district Pattani province has five factors: compensation factor and benefit factor with the second highest regression coefficient, the acceptance factor in the nature of the work performed. The stability factor, the happiness factor at work and the working environment factor, which they had regression coefficients were at 0.81, 0.18, 0.07, 0.02 and - 0.12 respectively
