dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to study attitudes towards friends in social network: Analyzed on Aristotle’s view. The samples used in the research were 23 students enrolled in Meaning of Life (011101) Semester 2, Academic Year 2020. The research tool was to raise questions in web board on the online friend and students read Aristotle’s view of friendship translation. Afterward, students discuss in the class to analyze friends in social network in Aristotle’s view of ethics. The results of the research were as follows: students know who they are and trust their friends in the real world more than their social network friends. In addition, the social network self is the self-created but the real world self is the real self. Students saw that social network friends were for the benefit and pleasure. Corresponds to friendship for benefit and friendship for pleasure on Aristotle’s view.en_US
