Abstract: | The objectives of this research were; 1 ) to study the level of quality of work life of employees in a delicatessen company, Samut Songkhram Province. 2 ) to compare the quality of work life of employees in a delicatessen company, Samut Songkhram Province, classified by personal factors. This study was quantitative research. The study population was 134 employees in a delicatessen company, Samut Songkhram Province. The sample size of 101 people using the stratified sampling method. The research tools used to collect data were questionnaires that were evaluated for content validity and questionnaire validity. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way anova, and Least – Significant Different. The results of the study found that the quality of work life level of employees in a delicatessen company, Samut Songkhram Province, overall was at a high level ( =3.88). When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level as follows; safe and healthy environment ( =3.92), relationship and job security ( =3 . 8 9 ) , fair and adequate compensation ( =3 . 8 8 ) , development opportunities and capability using ( =3.88), and social relations ( =3.85). The comparison of the quality of work life, found that the employees who have different educational level and work experience, had different satisfaction to the quality of life significantly based on the hypothesis. The employees’ personal factors as gender, age, work department, and average income were not based on the hypothesis |
