Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to examine the consistency of the learning organization model of civil courts in Bangkok and 2) to study the learning organization component of civil courts in Bangkok. Using quantitative research methods The sample group was civil court personnel in Bangkok area consisting of civil servants, permanent employees, government employees and temporary workers collected 773 samples using a stratified sampling method. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and provided statistics for second-order confirmatory factors analysis in the hypothesis testing. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the examination of the conformity of the learning organization model of civil courts in Bangkok It was found that the model was consistent and harmonious with the empirical data (model fit) after the model was adjusted with 2 / df = 2.32 GFI = 0.90 RMSEA = 0.072 CFI = 0.99 NFI = 0.98 TLI = 0.98 2) The learning organization component of civil courts in Bangkok consisted of 5 elements with the element weight values in descending order as follows: Shared vision, the most elemental weight value was 0.99, followed by systems thinking with weight 0.96, team learning 0.93, personal mastery 0.77 and mental model 0.69, respectively. |
