dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is 1) to study the procurement process of various types of products, 2) to find problems in purchasing and procurement of various types of products, 3) to propose effective procurement guidelines for various types of products. By using the fishbone chart problem analysis tool (Fishbone) to search for the cause and to improve the problem, starting from the fiscal year 2017/2018, and searching for data from the package (database), it was found that the procurement process of various types of products has a constant number. Outstanding in but and the fiscal year that is high due to 3 main factors: personnel, operating system, and working procedures and found a proposal for effective performance that should allocate personnel to meet the performance. Work together in the Online system to facilitate the use of users. And assign personnel to work on each duty and perform rotation according to the agenda in each quarter.en_US
