The purpose of this project was to develop a database management system of the department of Computer Science, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. In order to solve the problem of redundant data management and the loss of information. C# was used as the main language for development, ASP.NET was used as a framework for MVC writing and Microsoft SQL Server was used for database management. The System was developed respectively to the theory of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), evaluated and initially tested with 3 groups of users which are 1 system administrator, 4 general users, and 15 students from the department of Computer Science, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University. Results showed that participants satisfied in ‘good’ level to all 3 aspects. The aspect of system design held the highest average score (􀂚􀴤= 4.15, SD = 0.79), followed by the system efficiency (􀂚􀴤 = 4.13, SD = 0.72) and the system usage (􀂚􀴤 = 4.09, SD = 0.66) respectively. The system can work functionally according to the needs of users.en_US
